Upon completion of this program, you will learn to
- Practical Tools and Software Knowledge: Gain familiarity with industry-standard business analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Visio, Figma, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office Suite, to support business analysis activities.
- Requirements Elicitation Techniques: Learn how to identify and engage stakeholders and apply structured techniques to gather accurate and comprehensive business requirements.
- Documentation Skills: Understand how to effectively document business requirements using standard formats, such as use cases, user stories, process models, and data models.
- Process Modeling: Acquire knowledge of process modeling techniques, including flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, and BPMN, to analyze and enhance business workflows.
